Terrible experience with Comfort Dental on Division St. Linda was seen on August 31st and had an infected tooth a Z pack was prescribed for the infection. On the way out she was in a lot of pain and the office staff instead of scheduling an appointment to pull my tooth they pushed unnecessary financing on me. So I left without a follow up appointment. Today my husband Erik called to follow up as my tooth was still infected. Julie answered the phone and was extremely rude and combative to Erik. Zero compassion for Linda's infection and didn't care about medical liability. We won't be back.

I called comfort dental yesterday to schedule an appointment due to horrible wisdom tooth pain. I was a new patient, and regardless of that, they got me scheduled immediately for 11:30 the next day, which was today. I ended up being a little later for my appointment, but upon coming in, Kim (I believe is her name) at the front desk was extremely kind and understanding, and I was brought back within 10 mins of entering the building. I met Dr.Bailey who asked me about my dental history, and asked "if you had a magic wand and could fix anything in your mouth today, would that thing be your wisdom tooth?" And I said yes, 100%. He responded by saying we could get an xray of my tooth and potentially proceed with an extraction today. I got the xray, and he said we can go ahead and extract it. I explained I have some anxiety surrounding dental work and requested that he explain the procedure, he responded with a very thorough explanation about everything, and after ensuring I was comfortable, numbed me up. I had a little bit of difficulty getting numb and he administered additional numbing medication multiple times to ensure that I was comfortable. Dr Bailey estimated the procedure would t

Iβve been here in the past. I had put off wisdom teeth removal because life got a little difficult. Was told βwith these type of insurancesβ I would need to be put on a waitlist and called the day before to βmaybeβ get an appointment. If youβre on Medicaidβ¦ go elsewhere. I have a job but donβt qualify for insurance with my employer. Unsure if this was judgmental behavior because Iβm on Medicaid. However, with that type of comment, I wouldnβt trust any care here. Chas Dental was wonderful. Got me in ASAP and treated me more kindly than that. Even went over financial options can you not afford out of pocket costs.

Comfort dental is truly the best! I've had many procedures done here including having 9 teeth pulled in one day! I was honestly terrified going in but Dr. Bailey has a very gentle hand, skilled technique and compassionate heart for helping people. I am happy to report my visit was completely pain-free! I never thought that could happen, especially undergoing the procedures I required. The staff was amazing and I won't go anywhere else for my dental needs. They have made a great impression on me and I'm truly grateful. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. They have a client for life in me. Look no further, Comfort dental is where it's at!! I've never been treated better by any dentist.

I was seen today by Chelsea and Dr Bailey. The experience here is always really good. Every time I come here I am always treated with dignity and care. Dr Bailey is always very careful and considerate. I have terrible dental anxiety and he always cares for me like one of his own children. They are fair with pricing and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my dental needs are met
